development through existing framework of municipal corporations
is not effective

Among all the causes the most significant cause is Political Influence and Transparency because
1. Most of the members affiliated to the largest political parties strongly influence decisions during the meetings of the local bodies
2. Practices adopted by local bodies in the execution of projects, are characterised by numerous deficiencies, which affect adversely the project planning
and implementation process

10. Awareness is most impotent features to Run any System
 Campaign on facebook , twitter and hangout on google plus to collect the
problem and there solution.
 Advertisements in local Newspaper, Tv channel and FM etc
 Organise debates inter and intra school, college, and coaching institute.
 In every ward organise various festivals and other entertainment functions
that time give the instruction to all people about aware of their problem and
take advantage of system.
