Responsibilities:
 Leading and coordinate quality related activities throughout the project phases to foster
customer focused outlook in project works.
 Preparation and submission of ITR and MVR to client office
 Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the
relevant ITP and monitoring the daily lab activities and reviewing the lab reports.
 Ensuring all test equipment is calibrated and suitable for use on site.
 Managing the inspection of all materials delivered to site to check their conformance to
specified requirements.
 Ensure that Quality observation report and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised
once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction
industry practices. Ensuring timely close out of NCRs and failure notifications.
 Closely monitoring the construction team, are they using the approved drawings and
material at site.
 Attending QA/QC internal meetings and resolving quality related issues with client /
Engineer in coordination with project team.
 Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related
project activities.
 Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits.
 Coordinate with the Site Management team regarding work performance and hold
authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or
cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
