CAD Drafting
Services offered direct and offsite and include drafting assistance to event personnel, actors,
and other customers to lay out or detail costume, movie effect, and replica machinery
components. Create project -specific lay out and drawing schematics for radio-controlled
machine components for special effects and independent film work. Able to generate
Orthographic and angle views to depict functional relationships of components. I can lay out
wiring diagrams for mechanical equipment and controls. My experience includes reproducing
full page advertising illustrations for product manuals, trade publications, and major magazines.
My knowledge base allows me to define operation and maintenance needs of various
mechanical systems. I have drafted preliminary layout and full-size blueprints of municipal
works, homes, and neighborhood developments. I can also draw fast, freehand sketches of
designs, and reproduce working drawings from partial or damaged documents.
Technical Writing
I write complete, concise instructions and comments for incorporation into drawings, or to
highlight specific details for assembly persons or end use customers. Creation of inspection and
analysis specifications, sketches and related data to ensure correct assembly are an area of
much work and study. I have written many instruction manuals, as well as instructions for use
(IFU) and ISO-Certified Quality Manuals for large business entities. My experience includes
creating FDA compliant documentation for biotech and medical laser companies. Proofreading

Manufacturing Engineering
My work includes modification and revision of existing customer and in-house designs to fix
operating deficiencies or to decrease production errors. I have designed packaging and storage
materials, and developed shipping containers and dunnage systems to ensure safe delivery of
items to worldwide destinations. I have designed and developed prototype products, process
equipment, dedicated test setups, and customer use machinery meeting UL and CE regulation. I
have participated in complex prototype construction and test equipment fabrication, and
development.
Assembly Quality Inspecting
I am able to see and discern details at a very fine level of focus, and have strong pattern
recognition. I spot anomalies in production work swiftly. My extensive history of assembly,
repair and design of precise and complicated machines allows me to visualize how things come
together, and how proper assembly can be organized. I articulate ideas and problems in a
straightforward manner, and when investigating quality issues, seek root cause and corrective
actions, rather than defect ownership.
Receiving & Quality Control
I have inspected biological and medical devices and materials, laser components, wafer fab
equipment, environmental controls, Printed Circuit Boards, and I am IPC-610 trained and
certified. I have wide experience in utilizing MIL Std Sampling plans. I am adept in checking
dimensions of materials to be used and assigning pass/fail criteria to materials.
