bank of the Oklahoma River,
in the Boathouse District of
Oklahoma City, is designed to
make the wind conditions more
equitable for rowing, kayak, and
canoe races in all lanes across
the width of the river. The initial
project would affect the final
500m of the race course with
later phases to protect the entire
2,000m course.
