IVPower is a software dedicated to real-time monitoring of transmission and distribution grids.
IVPower provides essential information about power system disturbances for control and maintenance purpose.
Using mainly disturbance records and event logs from protection devices, IVPower offers innovative and eay-to-use web-based applications dedicated to operators in control centers, post mortem analysis experts and asset managers.
1. Power transmission and distribution, pharmaceutical industry,
research laboratories: NetCeler has designed innovative monitoring
solutions for critical applications since 1997.
The company combines computing skills with recognized
professional expertise to meet its customers’ requirements: real-
time process measurement, generation of relevant information for
the end users, process analysis and optimization, etc.
The proposed solutions come with all necessary support services
as well as any special development work that may be required.

4. IVPower provides essential information about power system disturbances
for control and maintenance purposes. Using mainly disturbance records
and event logs from protection devices, IVPower offers innovative and
easy-to-use web-based applications dedicated to operators in control
centers, post mortem analysis experts and asset managers.
Main benefits:
• Automatic collection and classification of various events-related data to save
time during any disturbance analysis.
• Fast indication (within 5 minutes) of healthy / faulty lines, accurate and reliable
fault location to optimize interventions.
• Presentation of the sequence of events, measurements and key performance
indicators to facilitate and speed up the post mortem analysis.
• Detection of latent defects in the protection system.
• Postponement of tests for protections that appear to behave correctly.
• Optimization of the circuit breaker maintenance.
• Providing of fault statistics regarding lines, transformers, breakers and protection
devices.
IVPower also provides the TSOs with a “network” view of the power
quality: correlation between the causes of disturbances (lightning strikes …)
and their consequences (voltage dips) allows fast and competent processing
of customer claims and medium-term improvement of the power system. All
measurements provided by power quality meters are available and IVPower
indicates the operating margin.
IVPower may be adapted to become an effective wide-area monitoring
(WAM) system. IVPower includes standard features for processing and
displaying synchrophasors in real time. But the software can also record them
and provide data captures in case of a fault or on any other triggering event.
An example of application is the detection and recording of power swings in
case of a long fault or unstable power system operation.
