Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepala sekolah merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Pemerintah, dinas pendidikan, satuan pendidikan, dan guru serta kepala sekolah sendiri perlu bersinergi untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan kinerja yang efektif. Memfasilitasi guru dan kepala sekolah melakukan pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan secara berkelanjutan artinya Memfasilitasi guru dan kepala sekolah melakukan pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan secara berkelanjutan artinya memberikan dukungan dan kemudahan kepada guru dan kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mereka.
