performance , and success of an ongoing
project.
• Gives evidence of why targets and outcomes
have not been achieved.
Purpose : To provide information on what
works and what not(and why) , and what works
better or is more cost effective.

8. REPORTING
In terms of reporting , the Youth in Agribusiness
projects and programs will be aligned with an
electronic M&E tools. The tool will be adapted
to suit the M&E requirements of Youth in
Agribusiness projects as per the RBLF.
