1. Budget coordinator:
 Responsible forthe collecting,monitoringandtracking of OER budgetdata.
 Assistthe Directorinformulatinganannual budget,providesinternal managementstaff with
recommendationsforutilizationof budgetfundsinacost effectivemanner.
 Approvesexpendituresandensuresinvoicesare paidina timelymanner.
 Assistthe Directorindevelopingadministrativerules,policies,proceduresandauditcontrols
applicable tothe programsmanagedbyOER.
 Acts as the OER budgetliaisonwithregulatorydistricts,assistswithOERbudgetquestionsas
neededwithregulatorydistricts.
OHMIT Administrator:
 Manages the overall OHMITdatabase program forOER.
 Manages useraccountsfor OHMIT andORACLE.
 Works withdivisionpersonnelandprogrammerstomaintainandenhance systemperformance.
 AdministersOHMITprogram trainingtoOER respondersanddepartmentstaff.
 Reviewsandapprovesall incomingresponderincidentreportsforcostrecoveryefforts;close all
incidentsinthe system.
 GeneratesOHMIT data/metricsreportsquarterlyandas needed forspecial projects.
OER personnel Liaison:
 Is responsible forthe effectiveness,integrity,andaccountabilityof the OERoffice’spersonnel
administration.
 Provide directiontothe Directorand managersregardingthe coordinationandprocessingof all
personnel transactions including: employee relations,promotions,reassignments,and
terminations.
 Provide directiontomanagersandfieldstaff on:attendance,leave,recruitment,organizational
changes,performance evaluations,SMARTgoals,andpayroll issues.
 Reviewsadministrative policies,procedures,guidelines,andrelateddirectivestobe
implementedandevaluatesimpactonoffice operations.
Purchasing Administrator
 Manages the purchasingof commoditiesandservicesrequiredbyOER.
 Experiencedandknowledgeableof MFMP proceduresandrulesnecessarytofulfilldutiesof
administrativepurchasingduties.
 Mentorsand providestrainingforGOC II positionwithinOER.
 Prepares purchase orderrequisitionsthroughMFMP;receiptof productsand servicesinAriba;
tracks and postsinvoice paymentsthroughMFMP.
