Pump Chambers are alternatively filled and emptied by drawing fluid in
through a common suction manifold and out through common discharge
manifold.
The diaphragms in each chamber are linked by a common shaft, so that
they move backwards and forwards in unison.
Compressed air is directed by the air valve alternatively, behind each
diaphragm, to power discharge strokes.
Pump speed, fluid output and pressure (or head) is controlled by
increasing or decreasing the flow of compressed air to the pump.

Suction Cycle:
 Fluid is drawn into the Suction Manifold at by the suction stroke of the
diaphragm and into Chamber.
 This ‘opens’ the ball valve to allow liquid to enter the chamber.
 Ball valve is drawn into the Valve Seat and ‘closed’ by the diaphragm
suction stroke.

Discharge Cycle:
 In Chamber, air has been applied to the rear of the diaphragm to force
out the Fluid in the chamber through the ball valve to the Discharge
Manifold.
 The discharge stroke ‘closes’ the ball valve to prevent further liquid
entering the chamber.
 This cycle is repeated to provide a continuous flow to the Discharge
Manifold at outlet.
