CENTRALISED OIL LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
COL systems supply filtered and cooled oil to bearings, usually in the dryer section and MG.

Ace manufactures sturdy, trouble free COL systems. All hydraulic & electrical components
are sourced from reputed international manufacturers. A well sealed oil tank with an efficient
air breather limits the ingression of contaminants into the oil. An inclined tank bottom
and baffle plate assists in the separation of the contaminants. A heavy duty reliable pump
passes lubricating oil through an efficient glass fiber filter element with a β rating ≥ 75 to 200
(efficiency η ≥ 98.6 to 99.5 %). The contamination free oil is then passed through efficient,
adequately sized water / air cooled oil coolers. In
the event of the failure of the pump the stand-by
motor- pump set is switched on automatically /
manually. This ensures uninterrupted supply of
filtered and cooled lubricating oil to the bearings. All
units are manufactured with two delivery filters, to
facilitate element change without shutting down or
interrupting the supply of oil.

CONTROL PANELS
Control panels control the loading & unloading of hydraulic cylinder.
These electro-hydraulic panels are made with PLC based / electrical relay
logic control circuits. All components used in the manufacture of these
ergonomic, user friendly panels are sourced from reputed manufacturers.
The oil entering the panel passes through an efficient high pressure filter.
This helps in restricting contaminants that may have entered and prevents
their ingression into the critical parts of the hydraulic system. This in turn
improves the reliability of the controls and results in a steady pressure being
delivered to the cylinders. Pneumatic controls for clutch, wire tensioners,
showers etc. along with interlocks with other processes can also be integrated
in the panel.

We manufacture cylinders from honed/skived
or roller burnished seamless alloy steel
tubes. Ground, hard chrome plated and re-
ground shafts of high tensile steel are used for
manufacturing piston rods. Efficient, low friction,
seals imported from Busak+Shamban - Germany/
Hallite - UK, ensure long leak less service. Cylinders
are manufactured in a number of mounting styles to
suit the application.
HYDRAULIC POWER PACKS
Hydraulic power packs provide pressurised oil for the
operation of hydraulic cylinders of paper presses.
We manufacture reliable power packs using
components of reputed international manufacturers.
A well designed oil tank with an efficient air
breather limits the ingression of contaminants.
A standby motor-pump set complete with other
essential parts is provided keeping in mind the
continuous duty process requirement. Efficient
water/air cooled oil cooler ensures that the oil
temperature is maintained
within limits. All hydraulic
components fitted are as per
ISO mounting standards, thus
ensuring ready availability
and interchangeability.
Serviceable parts are easily
