This brand was started from Denmark but, they are manufacturing based set in Thailand.
They has reported a growth in revenue by about 15% and also unveiled new digital marketing strategy. Also, this brand is still growing and stock is increasing.
The targeting audience for this brand is women who aged 18 to 49. Usually Men shopping for girlfriend or wife so Pandora advertise their product for event such as valentine’s day or mother’s day. By this targeting, customers can easily approach to this brands. Even they do not use this product, they well introduce their products.
For social media advertising in Pandora, they offer special discounts to members of its group in Facebook and they shows lots of images of products through Instagram. In additionally, Youtube has their own video advertising and Snapchat which is social media that famous with young adults, put their product’s Icon during special day such as valentines.

The company can have a goal-directed persona which gives a clear idea about the customer base and their expectations from the brand.
Pandora’s competitors are jewelry brands such as ‘Tiffany and co’ ‘Swarovski’ and ‘Cartier’. These brands have similar strategy with my brand. However, the biggest difference is target audience because they have different cost for each company. Except this fact, other advertising and marketing strategy is almost match.
We can measure the effectiveness of Pandora through their change of revenue and sales they make and the number of viewers on their official websites. Also, the number of followers and likes of their social media accounts reveals their brand’s outcome. Since as more people visit the website and social media accounts is directly related to the increase of their brand awareness and consumer engagement. These will help Pandora earn higher profets and also adhere to its KPIs.
