Our lubricator assembly is designed to enable safe wellhead
servicing operations in 2K, 3.5K, 5K, 10K and 15K pressure
classes. The interface connections vary depending on your
demands and requirements, but we make sure they
accommodate standard and custom stroke lengths. All tools and
accessories, such as BPV, VR plugs, two-way check valves and
hand tools, are available for API 6A equipment.
The lubricator assembly consists of a lubricator, a VR plug or a
BPV (optional) and a Parmelee friction wrench, etc.

With our lubricator, VR plugs can be installed in casing head, casing spool or tubing head side
outlets to isolate gate valves from pressure for removal or repair.
In field operation, lubricator is rigged up on the gate valve outlet flange. With the lubricator
holding the pressure, the gate valve can be opened, allowing the VR plug to pass through the
valve and be threaded into the head or spool outlet.

With our lubricator, BPV or tree test plug can be installed and retrieved,
hydraulically, through a Christmas tree under well pressure.
Our lubricator has accessory parts that adapt it for most tubing sizes and
Christmas tree working pressures. We provide hydraulic remote control
system to make sure your operations and crew are safe.

Design of quick union connection between upper sections of
lubricator allows quick and safe make-up. Flange end
connection enables adaptability to different tops of trees.
The lubricator is a pressure retaining device consisting of a yoke body which
seals on a polished rod running through it. The rod can be raised and lowered
into and out of the casing spool under full well pressure, to set or pull a VR plug
or BPV.
BPV retains full well pressure/flow from below, whilst enabling fluid to be pumped
through. This is achieved by an internal poppet type check valve. For removal of the
BPV, pressure is first equalized across it by means of a valve removal tool, which for
safety reasons off-seats the check valve poppet to equalize pressure across the BPV
before it can be unscrewed.
Parmelee friction wrench is used to
grip & apply torque to the polished rod,
such that it can be used to screw the
VR Plug into and out of the casing
spool thread, under full well pressure.
VR plug allows the installation and removal of a valve under pressure by means
of a lubricator.
