1. CONSTRUCTION PROFILE
Clifton Homes is a British run, Ghana registered Development and Construction Company that
has been operating in Accra for five years. To date we have completed seven projects which
include five residential communities, a restaurant and one commercial site. Clifton Construction
offer clients full design, civil, M.E.P and finishing works with in-house capabilities. Clifton
Construction is now offering external contracting and is open to joint venture on large projects.
CURRENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
The Gallery:
Winner of “Best Apartments – Africa” at International Property Awards 2014.
232 residential apartments with commercial space and art gallery. Three 10 storey towers
and double basement car park. Project value $18m.
The Steps:
400 residential apartments, commercial and retail space. Five towers ranging from 18-8
stories. Project value $30m.
Kai Villas:
18 terraced 3 bedroom town houses. Project value $2.5m.
CLIFTON CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES
Equipment:
Clifton owns two tower cranes, scaffold, sistema formwork, three cabin hoists, mixers, six
procurement vehicles and all on site resources. We have a competitive leasing contract for
surplus plant equipment required.
Employees Clifton has 80 regular and 250 casual workers on its books covering all artisan trades, design
and engineering.
Warehousing:
We have two warehouses and construction offices on the Spintex road.
Back Office:
Clifton has full in house accounting, procurement, marketing and legal personnel.
Land: Clifton has a current land bank of 10 acres in central Accra.
