SU SIMAO’S 13 MEASURES TO KEEPING GOOD
HEALTH
1. Regular Hair Combing
• Warm hands by rubbing palms together ( 36 times) .
• Use warm palms to start ‘combing’ from forehead all
the way to the neck. Repeat 10 times in the morning
and night.
• This exercise aids to stimulate the many acupuncture
points on our head; thereby preventing headaches,
tinnitus, premature hair whitening and hair loss.
2. Regular Eyes Exercise
• Close eyes then exert strength to open eyes.
• Roll eye balls - Look left, up, right, down then close
eyes. Exert strength to open eyes. Repeat 3 times .
• Aid in eye care protection, shortsightedness and
premature ageing.
3. Regular Teeth Clicking
• Align both sets of teeth (upper and lower sets of
teeth). Gently move both sets of teeth together
(clicking). Repeat 36 times.
• This exercise aids in clearing the energy channels in
the jaw area, keep the mind clear, strengthen
digestive system , prevent tooth decay and
degeneration of the dental bone.
4. Saliva Rinsing
• Keep mouth closed, tongue to touch front of teeth.
Move tongue in clockwise direction. Repeat 12
rounds then swallow saliva. Repeat same procedure
anti-clockwise direction for 12 rounds.
• Keep mouth closed. This time, tongue stays as it is.
Starts moving the tongue in clockwise direction within
the upper and lower jaws for 12 times then swallow
the saliva. Repeat in anti-clockwise direction for 12
times then swallow the saliva. When swallowing the
saliva, try to imagine swallowing the saliva all the way
to the pubic region ( about 3 inches / 7.6cm below
the naval) .
According to Sun Simao, saliva promotes vitality that
contributes to longevity.
From modern science perspectives, saliva contains
enzymes that could balance hormonal secretions;
improve digestive system. Saliva secretions is at peak
upon waking up in the morning, lunch and during food
consumption. There is hardly saliva secretion during
sleep mode. Hence, it is not usual for one to have a dry
throat upon waking up in the morning.
5. Constant Ears Drumming
• Use palms to cover both ears. Exert pressure when
pressing palm on ears. There should be a ‘pop’ sound
upon releasing the palms from the ears. Repeat 10
times.
• Fold ear loops and cover ears with both palms
(horizontally). Clasp both index and middle fingers.
Clasp both index fingers and middle finger and
‘spring’ the feng chi acupuncture point at the back
of the head (hindbrain). Repeat 10 times. This
enhances memory and sense of hearing.
6. Regular Face Rubbing/Rubbing
Warm hands by rubbing hands together 36 times. Use
warm hands to sweep face up and down. This exercise
keeps face luster and glowing and helps to prevent
wrinkles.

7. Regular Head Movement
• Put hands on the waist, close eyes, lower head, sway
slowly from original position to the right and back to
the original position . Repeat 6 times. Then sway
slowly from the original position to the left and back
to the original position for another 6 times. This
exercise helps to keep mind clear and active.
8. Regular Moving of the Waist / Lower Back
• Hands and body move in rhythm. When the body
moves to the left, the right hand will move forward
(whilst left hand is at the back) and vice versa. During
this movement, when the right hand is in front , use
the right hand to lightly pat the abdominal area and
use the left hand to gently pat lower back / waist.
Minimum 50 times per direction (100 times is ideal).
• This exercise helps to strengthen digestive system,
improve kidney functions , prevent lower back / spinal
pain.
9. Regular Massage of Abdomen / Stomach / Belly
• Rub hands 36 times. Cross and move warm hands
around the naval area in clockwise direction. Repeat
36 times.
• This exercise helps to improve digestion, reduce /
eliminate bloated-ness in the abdominal area and
enhances healthy bowel movement.
10. Anus Tightening / Lifting
• Tighten anus muscles whilst breathing in. Hold breathe
for a few seconds (till out of breathe). This exercise
could be done any place any time. Ideal time is
every morning 20-30 times.
• This exercise is said to be one of the favourites of
Emperor Qian Long of the Qing Dynasty. Anus
tightening and lifting helps to enhance the functions
of the kidney, prevention of urinary incontinence
( involuntary urination), sagging of the uterus/womb,
prevention of prostatitis and improve quality of sexual
life.
11. Knees Twisting
• Knees together and slightly bent. Use hands to press
knees and start swaying from left to right. Repeat 20
times per direction.
• This exercise improves the joints at the knees.
Longevity starts with keeping legs and knees healthy.
The saying goes “Aging starts with degeneration of
the the legs, deficiency of the kidney starts with
weakening of the knees”.
12. Take Leisure Strolls Regularly
• Take regular leisure strolls with chest upright. Best to
simply enjoy the scenery and not have any
distractions / thoughts in the mind. There is a saying :
“One could live to 99 years of age by taking a walk
after a meal”.
13. Legs Rubbing
• Right hand to rub the left leg starting from heels to the
toes. 36 times. Repeat for the left legs (with right
hands), 36 times.
• Use thumbs to press the xin yong quan (⼼心涌泉)
acupuncture point. ( see picture below )
The above are Sun Simao’s Thirteen Techniques for
Maintaining and keeping good health.
Using the modern slogan: “If one does not support
oneself with good healthy habits now ; one will support
the doctors during old age”.

ALLERGIC TO?
WHAT ARE YOU
BY LIFE!CLINIC’S PHYSICIAN JEAN ANG
When the immune system recognises an allergen, it launches a response. Histamines and other chemicals
are released, causing allergy symptoms. Hence, nasal congestion, watery eyes, hives, cough, diarrhoea,
wheezing and even the severe anaphylactic shock are some of the many symptoms that can emerge
when the body encounters allergens. They can be breathed into the lungs, ingested, injected or by
physical contact. IgE is an antibody that all of us have in small amounts. Allergic individuals, however,
generally produce IgE in larger quantities. The degree of allergic reactions could depend on genetic
factors, a body’s constitution and environment. Some people are simply more reactive than others.
Allergies to food such as cow's  milk,  eggs,  peanut, shellfish, food colouring or preservatives, and
environmental factors like haze, dust mites, mould, perfumes and pollen, and certain drugs are examples
of common allergy triggers.
Many patients come to me and ask why their allergies are not healed. Unfortunately, it is because there is
no cure per se to a reaction. Common treatments that ease and control allergy symptoms include
epinephrine for severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), antihistamines, anti-inflammatory medications
(corticosteroids), allergy shots (immunotherapy), decongestants, cromolyn sodium and leukotriene
modifiers.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has certain advantages in the treatment and prevention of allergies.
Seek a qualified Registered TCM Physician for a consultation.
It is not always easy, but clearly, the best way to prevent an allergic reaction is to avoid the allergen
altogether. What are you allergic to?
An allergy is a reaction of the immune system  to
foreign substances. People with allergies have
hypersensitive immune systems that react to things
that are typically harmless to most people.
However, we tend to overlook the keyword—-
reaction.
According to TheFreeDictionary.com, a reaction is
“a response to some foregoing action or stimulus”.
Simply put,
.
.
.
“A reaction follows after an action.
There is no reaction without an
action.”

MYTH #1: DRINKING LOTS OF GREEN TEA MAKES ME LOSE
WEIGHT
Green tea contains antioxidants and is known for its
health benefits. However, green tea by itself does not
cause weight loss. Substituting sugary or creamy drinks
with it could be one of the reasons that has led some
people to deduce that green tea is the secret to fat-
burning. Do keep in mind that moderation is the key,
and the caffeine found in green tea could cause side
effects like palpations (which possibly make you feel as
if your metabolism is boosted), insomnia, nausea,
frequent urination and anxiety.
MYTH #2: CERTAIN FOOD LIKE CELERY, LEMON AND
GRAPEFRUIT BURNS FATS
No food can “burn fat”.
MYTH #3: FAD DIET’S CLAIMS OF WEIGHT LOSS
There is a reason why is it called “fad” — it is for a brief
period of time. Depriving your body of essential
nutrients by following a restricted food group or specific
set of guidelines could cause other health
complications that include weakened immunity, and
might put you at higher risks of heart diseases. You
would also end up regaining the weight and more right
after losing some.
MYTH #4: RICE IS FATTENING
The problem with rice is not the rice per se, it is the
portion. If you consume more of anything and not
burning it off, it is naturally stored by the body. Consider
days and months to years of excess storage (along with
a sedentary lifestyle) that is what makes you heavier.
MYTH #5: I CAN EAT ANYTHING I WANT IF I EXERCISE
Yes, exercising keeps the body fit, but if you do not
control what goes into your mouth, your fitness
programs are just being counteracted by poor eating
habits.
The problem with obesity now is that people are simply
eating more than they should. “Too nutritious” foods are
jamming our internal works of the body. Cut back on
overindulgence and think before devouring that extra
portion (ask yourself “Does my body really need that?”).
There are no instant results when it comes to healthy
living. Wellness involves discernment, choice and
action.

WHAT IS ACUPUNCTURE?
Acupuncture is a treatment technique based on the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which
involves inserting and manipulating thin needles into specific points on the body. Acupuncture points are
situated on meridians which Qi, the vital energy, flows throughout the body.
HOW ACUPUNCTURE (AND TCM) HELPS IN WEIGHT LOSS?
Acupuncture basically restores balance in the flow of Qi and regulates yin-yang and imbalances in the zang-fu
organs, thereby correcting the root problems that cause unhealthy weight gain.
For example, if the functions of the spleen and stomach are regulated well, you will naturally desire less of
excessive greasy, fat-laden or fried food. In addition, the feeling of constant hunger will decrease significantly.
Therefore losing weight will be a natural process.
A basic course of acupuncture treatment is 10 sessions, ideally twice a week, each session lasting 30 minutes and
more.
Depending on the seriousness and the length of your condition, and age even, it may take several visits to see
significant improvements. Because it takes time to regulate a body, the degree of success also depends on the
individual's commitment to the treatment plan. It is advisable to complete a course of 10 sessions. Some patients
can see effects on the 5-6th session, some might require more.
Acupuncture for weight loss or weight maintenance is for those who wish to look good naturally and healthily
from the inside to achieve “Beauty from within".

PREVENT & REDUCE
YOUR RISK OF
OSTEOPOROSISBY DR ANDREW QUOC DUTTON
Bone health is essential to keep strong and active. The
condition of having weak bones is termed osteoporosis.
However it is often neglected because we may not
experience any pains or symptoms until it is too late.
Fortunately it can be picked up with a simple test and it
can be prevented with proper medication.
If osteoporosis is not detected and left untreated, then
this can lead to fractures of the bones. The most
common fractures involve the spine, hip and wrist.
The most important point is that osteoporosis can be
prevented.
People at risk of having osteoporosis or weak bones are
those over the age of 50 years or those patients with
mild aches in their joints. Thus they should all be tested
by a simple type of x-ray called a bone mineral density
scan. This will give an accurate assessment of the
strength or density of their bones. If it is low, then they
will be prescribed medications. There is a variety of
medications available depending on the severity of
their disease. Multiple studies have shown that with
proper medication, fractures can be prevented.
Volume 2 . Dec 2014 - Feb 2015 . www.iag.com.sg/lifeclinic
health
Simple lifestyle changes can improve bone health.
Patients should stop or decrease their smoking which
has shown to increase the risk of developing
osteoporosis.
Exercise is helpful to strengthen bones. Activities such as
walking, cycling or using light weights at the gym
applies forces on the bone and makes then adapt by
becoming stronger. These activities should be done at
least three times per week.
Adequate calcium intact is important to keep the
bones strong. Foods such as green vegetables, milk,
cheese and yoghurt are high in calcium. If some
people are intolerant to taking milk and cheese, then
soybean can be substituted. Otherwise taking calcium
and vitamin D supplements are useful. These
supplements should not be taken with meals as the
acid can decrease the absorption of the vitamins from
the stomach. Calcium should be taken with caution in
patients with kidney or heart disease so it is best to see
a doctor for advice.
Thus, if you are a person above the age of 50 years or if
you have general joint aches, then it would be
advisable to see a doctor to assess you for possible
osteoporosis. The test is quick and simple. The treatment
is medication. This will prevent bone fractures and keep
you healthy and active.

The first Chingay Parade in Singapore was held
back in 1973, during the first weekend of the
Chinese New Year. Chingay, with all its noise,
festivity and gaiety, would compensate for the ban
on firecrackers, a customary New Year practice to
drive away evil spirits. The word Chingay is
equivalent to the Mandarin Zhuang Yi(妆艺),
which means “THE ART OF COSTUME AND
MASQUERADE” in Hokkien (dialect originated from
Fujian, China).

Regular Hair Combing • Warm hands by rubbing palms together ( 36 times) . • Use warm palms to start ‘combing’ from forehead all the way to the neck. Repeat 10 times in the morning and night. • This exercise aids to stimulate the many acupuncture points on our head; thereby preventing headaches, tinnitus, premature hair whitening and hair loss. 2. Regular Eyes Exercise • Close eyes then exert strength to open eyes. • Roll eye balls - Look left, up, right, down then close eyes. Exert strength to open eyes. Repeat 3 times . • Aid in eye care protection, shortsightedness and premature ageing. 3. Regular Teeth Clicking • Align both sets of teeth (upper and lower sets of teeth). Gently move both sets of teeth together (clicking). Repeat 36 times. • This exercise aids in clearing the energy channels in the jaw area, keep the mind clear, strengthen digestive system , prevent tooth decay and degeneration of the dental bone. 4. Saliva Rinsing • Keep mouth closed, tongue to touch front of teeth. Move tongue in clockwise direction. Repeat 12 rounds then swallow saliva. Repeat same procedure anti-clockwise direction for 12 rounds. • Keep mouth closed. This time, tongue stays as it is. Starts moving the tongue in clockwise direction within the upper and lower jaws for 12 times then swallow the saliva. Repeat in anti-clockwise direction for 12 times then swallow the saliva. When swallowing the saliva, try to imagine swallowing the saliva all the way to the pubic region ( about 3 inches / 7.6cm below the naval) . According to Sun Simao, saliva promotes vitality that contributes to longevity. From modern science perspectives, saliva contains enzymes that could balance hormonal secretions; improve digestive system. Saliva secretions is at peak upon waking up in the morning, lunch and during food consumption. There is hardly saliva secretion during sleep mode. Hence, it is not usual for one to have a dry throat upon waking up in the morning. 5. Constant Ears Drumming • Use palms to cover both ears. Exert pressure when pressing palm on ears. There should be a ‘pop’ sound upon releasing the palms from the ears. Repeat 10 times. • Fold ear loops and cover ears with both palms (horizontally). Clasp both index and middle fingers. Clasp both index fingers and middle finger and ‘spring’ the feng chi acupuncture point at the back of the head (hindbrain). Repeat 10 times. This enhances memory and sense of hearing. 6. Regular Face Rubbing/Rubbing Warm hands by rubbing hands together 36 times. Use warm hands to sweep face up and down. This exercise keeps face luster and glowing and helps to prevent wrinkles. Regular Head Movement • Put hands on the waist, close eyes, lower head, sway slowly from original position to the right and back to the original position . Repeat 6 times. Then sway slowly from the original position to the left and back to the original position for another 6 times. This exercise helps to keep mind clear and active. 8. Regular Moving of the Waist / Lower Back • Hands and body move in rhythm. When the body moves to the left, the right hand will move forward (whilst left hand is at the back) and vice versa. During this movement, when the right hand is in front , use the right hand to lightly pat the abdominal area and use the left hand to gently pat lower back / waist. Minimum 50 times per direction (100 times is ideal). • This exercise helps to strengthen digestive system, improve kidney functions , prevent lower back / spinal pain. 9. Regular Massage of Abdomen / Stomach / Belly • Rub hands 36 times. Cross and move warm hands around the naval area in clockwise direction. Repeat 36 times. • This exercise helps to improve digestion, reduce / eliminate bloated-ness in the abdominal area and enhances healthy bowel movement. 10. Anus Tightening / Lifting • Tighten anus muscles whilst breathing in. Hold breathe for a few seconds (till out of breathe). This exercise could be done any place any time. Ideal time is every morning 20-30 times. • This exercise is said to be one of the favourites of Emperor Qian Long of the Qing Dynasty. Anus tightening and lifting helps to enhance the functions of the kidney, prevention of urinary incontinence ( involuntary urination), sagging of the uterus/womb, prevention of prostatitis and improve quality of sexual life. 11. Knees Twisting • Knees together and slightly bent. Use hands to press knees and start swaying from left to right. Repeat 20 times per direction. • This exercise improves the joints at the knees. Longevity starts with keeping legs and knees healthy. The saying goes “Aging starts with degeneration of the the legs, deficiency of the kidney starts with weakening of the knees”. 12. Take Leisure Strolls Regularly • Take regular leisure strolls with chest upright. Best to simply enjoy the scenery and not have any distractions / thoughts in the mind. There is a saying : “One could live to 99 years of age by taking a walk after a meal”. 13. Legs Rubbing • Right hand to rub the left leg starting from heels to the toes. 36 times. Repeat for the left legs (with right hands), 36 times. • Use thumbs to press the xin yong quan (⼼心涌泉) acupuncture point. ( see picture below ) The above are Sun Simao’s Thirteen Techniques for Maintaining and keeping good health. WHAT ARE YOU BY LIFE!CLINIC’S PHYSICIAN JEAN ANG When the immune system recognises an allergen, it launches a response. Histamines and other chemicals are released, causing allergy symptoms. Hence, nasal congestion, watery eyes, hives, cough, diarrhoea, wheezing and even the severe anaphylactic shock are some of the many symptoms that can emerge when the body encounters allergens. They can be breathed into the lungs, ingested, injected or by physical contact. IgE is an antibody that all of us have in small amounts. Allergic individuals, however, generally produce IgE in larger quantities. The degree of allergic reactions could depend on genetic factors, a body’s constitution and environment. Some people are simply more reactive than others. Allergies to food such as cow's  milk,  eggs,  peanut, shellfish, food colouring or preservatives, and environmental factors like haze, dust mites, mould, perfumes and pollen, and certain drugs are examples of common allergy triggers. Many patients come to me and ask why their allergies are not healed. Unfortunately, it is because there is no cure per se to a reaction. Common treatments that ease and control allergy symptoms include epinephrine for severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), antihistamines, anti-inflammatory medications (corticosteroids), allergy shots (immunotherapy), decongestants, cromolyn sodium and leukotriene modifiers. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has certain advantages in the treatment and prevention of allergies. Seek a qualified Registered TCM Physician for a consultation.  It is not always easy, but clearly, the best way to prevent an allergic reaction is to avoid the allergen altogether. What are you allergic to? An allergy is a reaction of the immune system  to foreign substances. People with allergies have hypersensitive immune systems that react to things that are typically harmless to most people. However, we tend to overlook the keyword—- reaction. According to TheFreeDictionary.com, a reaction is “a response to some foregoing action or stimulus”. Simply put, . . . “A reaction follows after an action. There is no reaction without an action.” Volume 2 . Dec 2014 - Feb 2015 . www.iag.com.sg/lifeclinic health 5

Dec 2014 - Feb 2015 . www.iag.com.sg/lifeclinic health BY LIFE!CLINIC’S PHYSICIAN JEAN ANG 5 MYTH #1: DRINKING LOTS OF GREEN TEA MAKES ME LOSE WEIGHT Green tea contains antioxidants and is known for its health benefits. However, green tea by itself does not cause weight loss. Substituting sugary or creamy drinks with it could be one of the reasons that has led some people to deduce that green tea is the secret to fat- burning. Do keep in mind that moderation is the key, and the caffeine found in green tea could cause side effects like palpations (which possibly make you feel as if your metabolism is boosted), insomnia, nausea, frequent urination and anxiety. MYTH #2: CERTAIN FOOD LIKE CELERY, LEMON AND GRAPEFRUIT BURNS FATS No food can “burn fat”. MYTH #3: FAD DIET’S CLAIMS OF WEIGHT LOSS There is a reason why is it called “fad” — it is for a brief period of time. Depriving your body of essential nutrients by following a restricted food group or specific set of guidelines could cause other health complications that include weakened immunity, and might put you at higher risks of heart diseases. You would also end up regaining the weight and more right after losing some. MYTH #4: RICE IS FATTENING The problem with rice is not the rice per se, it is the portion. If you consume more of anything and not burning it off, it is naturally stored by the body. Consider days and months to years of excess storage (along with a sedentary lifestyle) that is what makes you heavier. MYTH #5: I CAN EAT ANYTHING I WANT IF I EXERCISE Yes, exercising keeps the body fit, but if you do not control what goes into your mouth, your fitness programs are just being counteracted by poor eating habits. The problem with obesity now is that people are simply eating more than they should. “Too nutritious” foods are jamming our internal works of the body. Cut back on overindulgence and think before devouring that extra portion (ask yourself “Does my body really need that?”). There are no instant results when it comes to healthy living. Wellness involves discernment, choice and action. MYTHSDIET 6 BY LIFE!CLINIC’S PHYSICIAN JEAN ANG

FAX: +65 6836 2627 | COMPANY REGISTRATION NO.: 199408026Z Life!Clinic the Bulletin WHAT IS ACUPUNCTURE? Acupuncture is a treatment technique based on the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which involves inserting and manipulating thin needles into specific points on the body. Acupuncture points are situated on meridians which Qi, the vital energy, flows throughout the body. HOW ACUPUNCTURE (AND TCM) HELPS IN WEIGHT LOSS? Acupuncture basically restores balance in the flow of Qi and regulates yin-yang and imbalances in the zang-fu organs, thereby correcting the root problems that cause unhealthy weight gain. For example, if the functions of the spleen and stomach are regulated well, you will naturally desire less of excessive greasy, fat-laden or fried food. In addition, the feeling of constant hunger will decrease significantly. Therefore losing weight will be a natural process. A basic course of acupuncture treatment is 10 sessions, ideally twice a week, each session lasting 30 minutes and more. Depending on the seriousness and the length of your condition, and age even, it may take several visits to see significant improvements. Because it takes time to regulate a body, the degree of success also depends on the individual's commitment to the treatment plan. It is advisable to complete a course of 10 sessions. Some patients can see effects on the 5-6th session, some might require more. Acupuncture for weight loss or weight maintenance is for those who wish to look good naturally and healthily from the inside to achieve “Beauty from within". Volume 2 . The condition of having weak bones is termed osteoporosis. However it is often neglected because we may not experience any pains or symptoms until it is too late. Fortunately it can be picked up with a simple test and it can be prevented with proper medication. If osteoporosis is not detected and left untreated, then this can lead to fractures of the bones. The most common fractures involve the spine, hip and wrist. The most important point is that osteoporosis can be prevented. People at risk of having osteoporosis or weak bones are those over the age of 50 years or those patients with mild aches in their joints. Thus they should all be tested by a simple type of x-ray called a bone mineral density scan. This will give an accurate assessment of the strength or density of their bones. If it is low, then they will be prescribed medications. There is a variety of medications available depending on the severity of their disease. Multiple studies have shown that with proper medication, fractures can be prevented. Volume 2 . Dec 2014 - Feb 2015 . www.iag.com.sg/lifeclinic health Simple lifestyle changes can improve bone health. Patients should stop or decrease their smoking which has shown to increase the risk of developing osteoporosis. Exercise is helpful to strengthen bones. Activities such as walking, cycling or using light weights at the gym applies forces on the bone and makes then adapt by becoming stronger. These activities should be done at least three times per week. Adequate calcium intact is important to keep the bones strong. Foods such as green vegetables, milk, cheese and yoghurt are high in calcium. If some people are intolerant to taking milk and cheese, then soybean can be substituted. Otherwise taking calcium and vitamin D supplements are useful. These supplements should not be taken with meals as the acid can decrease the absorption of the vitamins from the stomach. Calcium should be taken with caution in patients with kidney or heart disease so it is best to see a doctor for advice. Thus, if you are a person above the age of 50 years or if you have general joint aches, then it would be advisable to see a doctor to assess you for possible osteoporosis. The test is quick and simple. The treatment is medication. This will prevent bone fractures and keep you healthy and active. Chingay, with all its noise, festivity and gaiety, would compensate for the ban on firecrackers, a customary New Year practice to drive away evil spirits. The word Chingay is equivalent to the Mandarin Zhuang Yi(妆艺), which means “THE ART OF COSTUME AND MASQUERADE” in Hokkien (dialect originated from Fujian, China). 12 Chingay 2015 is set to be Asia’s Grandest Street and Floats Parade. Helmed by 11,000 local and international performers from more than 150 organisations, Chingay 2015 will be presented as a culturally-rich, beautiful and immersive parade. For the first time in History, the Chingay 2015 will stage the most international performances, with contingents from China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Rwanda, South Korea, Taiwan & Turkey.
