All those who have known me since a couple of
months back would totally agree to the fact that I have
completely transformed.Today, I am here to share
the story of my transformaton that has had
the most positive impact on me so far.
I got married 15 years ago and gradually as time passed with
all the happiness, stress , tension, taking care of two lovely
daughters …I gained 22 kgs. I would never pose for pictures
or else try to hide behind someone in a picture.
All this while, I came across many concepts like - skip a meal

This was the life changing moment for me as I discovered the

I started with Nutrishake and Omega 3 along with my breakfast

evening walks everyday and I started to count 10,000
steps daily. Every time that I would deviate from the
