Software & Consulting and IBM business partner since
more than 10 years.
He focuses on the banking industry covering the link between
business requirements and IT requirements. In 2008 and 2009
he was speaker at the IBM Symposium in Vienna/AUSTRIA.

4. Abstract
• Raiffeisen, one of the leading corporate and investment banks in
Austria and among the top players in Central and Eastern Europe,
embarked on a highly "social" banking solution to drive revenue and
efficiency.
• The session will comprise a presentation of a successful business
concept, a solution overview as well as live demonstration of use
cases. The concepts will cover enabling key banking roles involved
with Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing,
Financial Planning and Advisory as well as core business transactions
(e.g. customer setup, account opening, Loans, investment banking,
etc.).
• The solution adapts Web 2.0 concepts and technologies such as
sales-wikis, blogs, feeds, tags and social media to enhance creativity,
information sharing and most notably, collaboration among customers,
partners and bank employees.
