Abstract• Raiffeisen, one of the leading corporate and investment banks in Austria and among the top players in Central and Eastern Europe, embarked on a highly "social" banking solution to drive revenue and efficiency.• The session will comprise a presentation of a successful business concept, a solution overview as well as live demonstration of use cases.
