PAYMENT
Payments are to be made to the Company without any deduction or discount other than as
stated in these Terms or in the relevant invoice or statement.
A deposit of 100% of the invoice price must be paid when placing an order.
The balance of the invoice price must be paid in full before delivery.
Interest is payable on all overdue accounts calculated on a daily basis at the rate of 1.5% per month as from the date due for payment until
payment is received by the Company.
Limited Warranty
Satcop warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not
apply if this product (1) was not purchased from Satcop or its authorized dealer, (2) has been altered in a way, or This Limited
Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, parts damaged by improper

2. installation, substitution or parts not approved by Satcop, or any other alteration or repair by others that, in Satcop’s judgment,
materially or adversely affects the product or part. satcop trackers will only work with satcop software.
The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product, but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Satcop’s sole
obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the
value of the defective product at Satcop’s sole discretion. WARRENTY VOID IS HOSTING PAYMENT IS DUE FOR MORE THEN 2 MONTHS.
