1: Induction Training Course – Any Reason
Your Unconditional Guarantee:
Those who are enrolled in the MINDSHARE Training & Support Programme are invited to take
part in a one-to-one Induction Training Session before they attend the MINDSHARE course to
resolve any outstanding concerns.
If after the initial discussion, meeting any Directors and reviewing the business potential a
delegate has significant reservations about any aspect of the business opportunity, or simply has
‘cold feet’ a 100% refund of all money paid to Enigin will be returned immediately – no questions
asked. This aspect of the guarantee option must be exercised by the delegate prior to the
commencement of the MINDSHARE training course and will not be applicable once training
starts. This guarantee applies to Distributors, Premier Distributors and Channel Partners.

2: 30 Day – Proof of Product Concept
The Extended Product Warranty:
If within 30 days of returning to The Territory and carrying out further due diligence relating to the
application and installation of the Enigin range of products, there is ANY technical reason why
Eniscope cannot be installed in client applications due to, for example; an anomaly in the power
supply, or if for any other unforeseen reason the Eniscope is unable to deliver the primary benefits
to end users as the Company feels is required to profiling energy usage, then a total refund of the
Initial Product Purchase will be granted upon safe return of any products supplied. This is in
addition to the Company’s standard two-year product guarantee.

3: 90 Day – Our Guarantee of Product Supply
Fair Trade Agreement:
All Enigin Products are manufactured to the highest standards (with either CE/UL/CSA/GOST
approvals as we deem appropriate) and are suitable for installation in most countries of the
world. However, while it will at all times remain the distributors responsibility to observe all
applicable local laws and regulations in respect of and obtain all necessary licences, consents and
permissions required for the storage, marketing and sale of the Products in The Territory,
nevertheless if after 90 Days there is sufficient evidence to determine that it will not prove
possible under any circumstances to obtain local approvals needed for importation of Eniscope
into The Territory then a full refund will be granted.

4: Warranty of Specific Published Information
Our Promise:
Enigin plc hereby warrants that the information published on the Company’s Privileged
Information Area (which is made available to enquirers seeking information about an Enigin
distributorship) is wholly accurate and factually correct. If at any time a newly appointed
distributor discovers that any of the written information provided leading up to their appointment
later proved to be substantially wrong, (and the distributor can show that they had relied upon
this information as part of their evaluation) they can by choice, terminate their distributorship and
be entitled to apply for a a total refund of the Initial Product Purchase, which will be granted upon
safe return of any products supplied. This is in addition to the rights conferred upon the distributor
by the Standard Terms and Conditions of Appointment and the Laws of the Land.
Limitations and Exclusions:
This four-fold guarantee is provided to ensure each new Enigin Distributor has opportunity to develop the potential for Enigin Products within
The Territory and where there are circumstances as stated above which are outside the control of the Distributor that have impacted on their
ability to establish a distribution outlet for The Products then we believe the Distributor should be eligible to apply for a full refund on their
Initial Product Purchase under the terms and conditions as detailed in the Company’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Appointment.
