Project, As a Rolling Stock Maintainer
Scope of work :
 Handling maintenance Electro Motive Diesel SD70ACs Locomotives & CSR Wagons
 Trouble shooting and Fault finding of Electrical, Mechanical Hydraulic and Pneumatic fault
rectification. And carry out Quality and warranty maintenance process.
 Performing Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and 3 Yearly Maintenance of Locomotives EMD
(US) SD 70 ACS and CSR Wagons. Maintenance and Trouble shoot of Bogie, control valve , break
blocks, break pipe and Bottom doors and Top Hatch of wagons and replace the defective part.
 Performing periodic, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule and when every its required
in emergency
 Performing Shunting of locomotive and
 Operate and Maintain Depot Equipment’s. Such as Mobile lifting jack, overhead Crain , fuelling system
 Trace out Mainline faults and rectify it and prepare daily examination and ensure before next Service
for Traffic.
 Report to Engineer for Major Break-down and Rectification done.

2011 to 2015 –Worked with ANSALDO STS at PNU APM Metro Project Riyadh, SAUDI ARABIA 3years and
11 month as a Rolling Stock Technician. Nature of work is Trouble shoot and maintenance of
Metro Train and Conduct Corrective, Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Testing.
Troubleshooting and repair train failure such as traction control system, Brake System, HVAC,
Door system, Fire Alarm System. Functional and checking of ON BOARD SYSTEM such as
Public information display, Public Information System, PA live announcement and Data Radio
Communication system. Certified operator and Maintenance of heavy Equipment in Depot Trouble
shooting and maintenance of Train, AFC system,PA system,PID system, Operating Automatic
