 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of 6HI & 4HI Rolling mill (Make CMI-FPE Bombay).
 Monitoring and troubleshooting of various AC drives from ABB (ACS 800) and DC drives from SIEMENS
(simoreg 6RA70)
 Maintenance of DC motors (2.2 kW to 1950 kW), AC motors (.18 kW to 1200 kW).
 Fault finding and desired rectification through PLC systems SIEMENS (S7) and ABB (ACS 800 PEC).
 Developing automation tools for HMI like screen creation, defining tags, database configuration and replication
works etc.
 Working with non contact type Thickness Gauge (THERMOFISHER) and Auto Gauge Controller (AGC).
 Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Instrumentations like RTD, Limit Switches, Transmitters,
Pneumatic Valves, Level Switches, Proximities and encoders etc.
 Maintenance of ACB’s (up to 1500 Amps), MCC’s, PCC’s, Starter (DOL & Star-Delta), Relay, Contractors.
 Maintenance of Transformer (2MVA to 7MVA).
 Maintain the record of all electrical material stock in SAP.
 Also handle the Electrical Breakdown of Machines like CRS (Cold Roll Slitter), CTL (Fimi, Italy), Rewinding Line,
Cranes ( 30 Tones EOT) and other supportive equipment.
 Update the documentation work of TS 16949 as per company profile.

 Monitoring project with respect to safety, cost, time over run, and quality compliance to ensure timely
executions of project.
 Complete follow up with project team and complete the task given within the minimum time.
 Follow up with automation team and learn about the PLC controlling of the mill.
 Entrusting with the task of handling the man power and of coordinating with commissioning engineer.
 Doing the work related to cable laying and termination of every types of cable like power, control and signal etc.
on individual basis.
 Maintain the record of all electrical material stock in SAP.
 Maintaining spares and its cost, ensuring availability of spares by time.
 To complete the paper work related to task given.
