 Supervising & coordination with PETCO for NEC substation

 Testing and connecting the instrument, control and
communication cables inside the Rolls Royce generator unit
control panel.
 Testing and connecting the instrument and control cables for
the Rolls Royce generator local gauge board.
 Participate in Commissioning of all level, pressure, temperature
and flow switches related to the Rolls Royce engine.
 Testing, meggaring and terminating power and control cables
to the tank farm’s mixers.
 Connecting the power and instrument cables to the MOV’s
(motorized operational valves) rotork type besides configuring
them and commission the tow loops connected to the master

 Installing the radars in the tank farm area including the
termination of the power and instrument cables.
 Calculating the total power installing panels, testing continuity,
meggaring power cables, terminating the cables and
commissioning for the tank farm heat tracing system (tyco
type).
 Applying calibration for all level transmitters of the crude and
fire fighting tanks.
 Commissioning and configuring the control valves.
 Connecting the power and instrument cables in the emergency
shutdown valves (ESDV’s).
 Terminating the control circuit of the jockey pumps.
 Participate in Commissioning of the fire fighting engine & fire
fighting electrical pumps.
 Supervising the installing and termination the cables of the
lighting system.
