• Senior member and lead several groups within school
• On average I have had classes of 25 pupils. I meet with parents daily and conduct termly
consultations to discuss children’s development.
• I have a specific interest in SEN and have responsibility for their complex paperwork.
• I organise timetables 4 activities at a time, 3 in class and 1 outdoor.
• I have responsibility for 1 other adult. I take weekly assemblies and run separate reading
and spelling groups throughout the day. After school clubs are also a part of my working
week.
• As a senior member I have a curriculum group responsibility to the Wellbeing Group.
• I prepare and present our group initiatives to staff during training evenings and staff
meetings. I coordinate RE, and all spiritual and pastoral development throughout the school.
• Completed 2 Esyn inspections
• Wrote report to inspectors and governors to present and evaluate my groups initiatives
• Newly qualified teachers school based mentor helping to nurture and guide through lesson
observations and feedback. I deal directly with the Education Workforce Council and local
authority regarding these teachers.
