Communication is a way to
communicate with other people.
It include our emotions, our feelings,
cultural situations and many more.
3. TYPES OF COMMUNICATION
People communicate with others in
many ways.
Choice of communication channel and
your style of communicating is also
affects communication, so there are
various types of communication.
4. VERBAL COMMUNICATION
Verbal communication is that type of
communication in which people
communicates in spoken or written.
Example:
Face to face
Through electronic and machenical
devices.
5. ORAL COMMUNICATION
In oral communication we
communicate verbally.
There are two types to oral
communication.
Face to face: we communicate face to
to face to other person.
Distance: we communicate from any
mechanical or electrical device
6. WRITTEN
A Written Communication means the
sending of messages, orders or
instructions in writing through letters,
circulars, manuals, reports, telegrams,
office memos, bulletins, etc.
7. NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION
This communication is without words
It is that type of communication in
which people communicates with
expressions, eye contact, posture.

Formal language is mainly used in offices,
schools, universities at the time of
presentations, job interviews etc.
9. INFORMAL COMMUNICATION
We use informal language in everyday life.
We use informal language in a gathering of
friends, with our siblings.
