It is a game suitable for everyone, bringing children closer to the sporting practice
Promoting the integration of different cultures and different abilities.
In the school today there is a growing presence of pupils of foreign origin. This
situation is experienced not only as a problem but as an occasion for reflection by
the teachers and parents on the pedagogical and cultural importance on children’s
opening towards the world. The comparison and the knowledge of the other allows
the discovery of differences and similarities with the different cultures
3. The primary goal of the school is to implement it. An intercultural education that
becomes educational project for everyone. "Integration also goes through the
game of sporting bowls practiced ever since in many countries of the world, loved
for the naturalness of its technical gestures and for the immediacy of involvement.
It is considered as a valuable training tools, and promotes inclusion of young
people in our increasingly complex and problematic school society.

5. Instruments
Spheres, (8) called bowls (usually in bakelite), a smaller
bowl called «ball» and an open space, or delimitated field.
6. Players
It can be played in 2, one against one, or in teams of 2, 3 or 4 players.

Each team's players launch one of their bowls in turn, trying to
get them as close as possible to the little ball. The “bet” or “baby
bottle” which is a precision launch characterized by the rolling of
the bowl along the entire approach path. Players who specialize
in this kind of launch are called "pointers" or "catchers".
8. Rules
To do this, players can also kick off opponents bowls by hitting them with
their own ones. This launch is composed by kick-off, flight or raffa. The
“throw-in”, is a throw that is carried out with more strength, generally at
the end of a series of steps, and its purpose is to strike one or more
opposing bowles with the intention of removing them from the little ball,
hitting it. Players who specialize in this kind of launch are known as
"kickers“ or “catchers”. Their point is called “trick”

When all the players have launched their own bowls, check what is closest to
the ball and assign a point to their team; If the second nearest bowl is of the
same team, it is assigned a further point.

19. It's a much-loved sport that can be practiced everywhere.To keep fit and do some
movement we do not necessarily have to go to the gym or practice expensive sports.
A walk in the open air, a bike ride, or why not, a nice bowling game are all nice and
at a practically zero cost to relax and keep body and mind training.
20. So many benefits with little effort
Regardless of the type of game and the number of players, bowls require moderate but
constant physical activity coupled with a good level of concentration. That's why just to
the amateur level it is very good for the physical and mind growing.

the game there are alternating strategies, jokes and discussions between players, but
also with viewers, who sometimes become part of the game as arbitrators, bettors and
advisors
22. In particular, the game of bowls is comparable to the gentle gymnastics, as it
allows to keep muscles in work, promote circulation, increase balance and improve
bone elasticity. It also represents an excellent remedy against loneliness, because it
is only sufficient to approach a field (in many cities there are free, often within
public parks) to know other people. From there to start making a few games the
space is short and you do not even need too much experience.
