7. I start my day being a team leader. And become the brand
manager just in some time. As the day passes, I play content
writer, graphic designer, teach lead, teacher, and storyteller. The
product manger is my essential role and customer support is the
whole day job. Accountant and HR are the musts of the day and
I wear the hat of cook, even though it is not defined in my
responsibility. Just because I am a startup founder. Would you

8. It’s wednesday today and it’s raining outside. I want to
go out for a bike ride. Yes Today, not on sunday as the
upcoming sunday may not have the same weather and
I may not have the same mood. I have worked on the
previous sunday, previous to that, and previous to that
and many others. We can celebrate on any day, work
on any day.

9. It’s much more important to know what are you
working on, when are you working and with whom are
you working, than how many hours are you working.
And number of hours are seriously important once you
address the other three.

10. We bought chairs for us at Bhavnagar office. (Though
did not want to spend at this level, but were badly
needed) It’s normal the vendors will showcase
different chairs. One for the boss and other for the
staff.
We have bought 3 identical chairs. Everyone has body
made out of same material so everyone needs same
level of comfort. No ranks.

12. Anyone can argue and counter anyone’s thoughts,
with right insights, data, and logic. It should remain a

We have immense trust in all the people working with
Havi. We don’t have majority of restrictions and checks
you find in most of the companies. And we never want
to change that in the negative way just because on
one ill-intended person.

21. Team
We are a team and not a family. Eating together,
commuting together and taking care of each other is
essential, till you yourself are not sinking and lifting the
other. The moment you feel that despite being
together, you are sinking or not being able to lift the
other, you should realize you are harming growth of
yours, the other, and the entire team.
