5. What do I need to do?
 Decide on a pathway – A Level or Vocational learning or a mix?
 What do you want to do in 3 years time/ University / Job / Apprenticeship
 Look at providers offers and consider:
-course entry requirements
-travel & transport
-results of A Level providers
-if the provider suits you!
 Make a plan B – you can apply to more than one provider
 Book a Careers guidance meeting if you need one (group or 1:1)
 Speak with your teachers/Mr Bonser/Mrs Moyo/Mr Spetch
 Apply and inform us where you have applied to (1st / 2nd / 3rd choices)!

6. What then happens
 Applications in by Christmas (apart from Bosworth – deadline is usually in
November)! Use your personal statements etc...to support
 Guidance interviews this term
 Provider interviews in the spring term (face to face/virtual/telephone)
 Offers of a place made (usually subject to exam grades)
 Enrolment in Autumn Term 2021
