6. 01 Identification
The schools will be identified based upon the support provided from the school in terms of
promoting this event.
There is no segregation based upon the board- CBSE ICSE or state board.
There is no segregation based upon the medium English or Hindi.
We will ensure to promote the event in maximum schools to get the maximum footfall in our
seminar.
The School will be based upon the geographical limits of the city
Apart from the schools we will also target the renowned coaching institutes of the city

7. 02 COMMUNICATION
The communication will be for the event that is career counselling session & the duration would be
of 1 hour.
However there is no benefit to the school management while doing this communication hence
we
recommend to have some token of thanks for the school management as well.
During the communication our team and shows cascading the information going to the each class
or during the assembly however this is not feasible in all the schools hence it will be based on best
effort basis.
Incase where the permission is not been granted, we will cascade the information to the school
coordinator who will further cascade it to the students.
While cascading the information to the school management we will also circulate 1 creative in soft
copy format along with it we will share a poster designs of both to be shared by the client these
details we will share to the school management soft copy of the creative along with the details will
be shared in their groups and poster will be placed on the notice board.
We can also recommend to place one roll-up standee, (3 by 6) however the cost will
proportionally increase and it depends upon the school management to be placed it in
reception area or not. (CDR File needed)

While cascading the information to the students, we will ensure two way registration process.
Offline: This is based upon direct interaction with the students, once our team interact with the student we will
request to share their name and contact number.
Upon sharing this detail, we will handover a small invitation cardA6 size(1/4 ofA4).The promoter will write the
name of the student.
Online: This will be based upon the micro-site web link or Google form based. The student just need to punch-in
the basic information to get register.
In both the process we will able to collect the data of the students hence and out calling will be made before the
event as a follow up reminder.
03 Registration
We will book the seminar hall venue based on 3C‘s Concept - Connectivity, Capacity & Cost.

counselling seminar they will get a chance to be the lucky person and get rewarded with gift
