Me – Mirror of your qualities
Breathe deeply, relax your
body and, with the eyes of
mind, look at your class
photo. One after the
other, observe one of his
qualities, the most
beautiful thing that you
see in him (about the
look, about the
charachter, about the
skills)

3. Me - Your mirror
In couples, one is the
mirror of the other

4. Now, everyone
becomes mirror for
others, and writes,
behind the shoulders,
the most beautiful
thing that he sees in
everyone

6. What emotions do I feel?
Before start and before read what my mates
have written behind my shoulders?
Curisosity, impatience, trepidation, happiness,
fear, joy

7. Gratitude: I express my thanks
to a mate who have written a
compliment that warms my
heart
