BE CAREFUL AND CALM LIKE A LITTLE FROG
Teacher asks children to pay attention and listen.
Act as you are a frog which is sat chile wollening its belly, breathing and
listening to surrounding noises, without realizing what they are.Then noises
go away and you can listen, very well, to the sound of your breath.
Is it difficult? Not at all, if you play and actas a little frog.
After the bell ring, when you can’thear it any more,you can stand up and
walks lowly…
This activity is not easy for all children: some of them can do it immediately,
some of them can be embarrased,some of them can’t focus on it.
It can be useful to repeat few activities each day, to get used with them.
