About SWiTCH

2023 MAY - DECEMBER
The Sapporo Co-Creation Model is a four-party process in which young people,
universities, businesses, and local governments discuss the future of a sustainable city and
co-create ideas that transcend generations and industries. From March to April last year,
we held 3 discussions to create an action list, and more than 200 ideas were generated
from a total of more than 300 participants.
At the "Environment Plaza Hokkaido" held on April 15 and 16, diverse ideas were
compiled into "10 actions" and companies and local governments were invited to support
the actions.

Chosen as #1 action
The action list created by the "Youth Discussion" was presented in the form of panels and quizzes
at the exhibition booth of "Environment Plaza Hokkaido" held at Sapporo Dome. We asked
corporate and local government officials to write their name on a heart-shaped "Like Ticket" and
put it next to the panel of the action to visualize the form of their support. General visitors were also
invited to show their support by writing their names on the "Like Ticket" if they wanted to support
the action.
