The role reports to Head of Digital Strategy and Business Performance, and is accountable for
developing and delivering innovative concepts to address customer challenges and opportunities
in the digital world.
Key responsibilities include rapid prototype and development planning, driving partnerships/ven-
tures, business analysis and providing leadership and advice to ANZ Digital.
• Developed a strategy and process to fast track digital concepts for ANZ. The process Identifies
business problems through stakeholder workshops and customer feedback. Possible solutions
are generated internally (ANZ) and sourced externally (via Start-up communities). Concepts
are evolved through rapid prototyping and ideation sessions with customers to drive customer
insight in a bid to deliver to the business and begin development.
• 100% take up rate with all concepts to date included within ANZ’s product road map, and
helping to address audience need and market opportunities.
• Concepts focused in the home loan, youth segment, social payments, customer notifications,
Internal social communities and Card & Merchant Fraud.
• Leading a core team of 4, and supplemented by further resources (SME’s) as each project

strategy, design and development, which exceeded 1.3 million customers in Australia.
• ANZ goMoney was the winner of the 2011 IDC Financial Insights Innovation Award and the
2011 CANSTAR Banking Innovation for its design using 4 digit PIN & Pay-2-Mobile functionality.
Winner of the Best Mobile Strategy Globally awarded by Retail Banker International (2012).
• Lead a team of 4 product owners who work with cross functional agile teams to lead product
development across various mobile initiatives including goMoney for Android and multiple iOS
releases.
• Management of key industry players in the mobile banking, payments and telecommunications
such as Apple, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, Nokia, VISA, Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Firserv and
SAP.
• Rapid prototyping and ideation sessions, including 48 hour challenges, with smaller digital
agencies for CX, UI and UX creation.
• Implemented mobile application governance, vision, strategy, policy and roadmap for ANZ for
customer applications.
