Guy holds a Masters in Business AdministraƟon (MBA), a B-Tech Degree in Business AdministraƟon and a NaƟonal Diploma
in Public RelaƟons Management. In addiƟon to his formal qualificaƟons he has also successfully completed short courses in
execuƟve management mentoring, high performance management, project management and management development.
Guy is a recognised and accredited ExecuƟve Development Programme Facilitator for the NaƟonal School of Government
(previously the Public AdministraƟon Leadership and Management Academy/PALAMA), is a registered pracƟƟoner with
Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and is a facilitator in leadership/management-related subjects for Eastern
Cape-based universiƟes (UFH/NMMU). He has also undertaken management training content assessment and evaluaƟon for
the Nelson Mandela Metro University Business School.
As part of his conƟnued professional development he currently sits on the IDC Business Support Panel, is a member of the
NEF Business Mentorship Panel, is part of the panel of public administraƟon and management specialists for the Office of the
Public Service Commission (OPSC) and has been appointed to the ProducƟvity SA Turnaround SoluƟons panel. Guy was a
