Working in the capacity of Assignment Manager with a mixed property
named Pavilion Mall having a Shopping mall. The mentioned property is built
over 05 laces sq. ft. of land area. The Mall is having over 120 premium
international brand outlets. Its charm includes Ludhiana's first 7-screen
multiplex-PVR, Shoppers Stop, Marks & Spencer, Blu-O, a sprawling 450
seater food court, fine dining restaurants, largest kids play area in Ludhiana
and many more such options. The destination floors with salon, spa, proposed

 JOB FUNCTIONALITIES:
Worked in the capacity of Assignment Manager and the job responsibilities are:-
• To maintain close liaison with local authorities emergency services, police,
ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service
• Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and
visitors.
• Answering queries from Visitors to the shopping centre.
• Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and other recording systems.
• Directing emergency vehicles and other traffic if a major incident occurs.
• Patrolling the shopping area for periods of time.
• Conducting training classes on various subjects related to fire prevention and protection
for the occupants of the building and imparting practical training through practical drills.
• To participate in all Fire Drills as per schedule.

to security requirements and issue directions based on management decisions
on such matters.
• To control the movement of material- incoming and outgoing, entry of visitors
and maintain the administration of the employees at the main gate.

Defining priorities and responsibilities in the event of fire, flood, etc.; develop
disaster packs to manage the specific needs.
Co-coordinating with individuals to deal with situation at hand in order to treat
damage volumes. Responding in a timely and appropriate manner to all
emergencies as per the Emergency Management Committee composition and
plans as the focal point for all Emergency Operations.
• To introduce safety policies, fire fighting procedures for the employees &
documentation related to ISO & EHS.
• Fire and Safety, Security Budgeting.
• Where applicable, take appropriate corrective action to address performance
and behavioural issues. Alternatively and where a more serious issue arises,
conduct a full investigation and present the facts for decision makers to act
accordingly.
Worked in the capacity of Fire & Life Safety Officer and the job responsibilities are:-
• Daily Inspection of All Property Fire Fighting Equipment and Pump Room as per duty
schedule.
• Working as Controller in Fire Control Room.
• Care & Maintenance of Active & Passive Fire Safety Systems like Smoke & Heat Detectors,
Alternative Sprinkler System, MCP, FHC, Fire Pump, and Fire Escape Staircase &
Intelligence Addressable Panel.
• Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
• To make reports, log book and the serviceability states of Fire Safety Systems.
• Supervising maintenance of First Aid Fire Equipments, Fixed Fire Fighting Installations such
