I support Cisco and our Global Service Provider customers to analyze their strategy, build their plan and execute transformation
with DevOps principles. Currently, I am leading the adoption of Cisco vMS Managed and packaged solutions with major
Service Provider platforms that are customer subscribed. I am expert in building aaS and managed service platforms.
The co-innovation processes that I leverage are transforming our customers to deliver NFV Services with agility and velocity.
My leadership strategies focus on cultural impact first, then go-to-market, and then the lesser important processes and

CTO / Technology & Strategy Office – Cloud & Managed Services
June 2014 – February 2015
I led the Private/Hybrid Cloud software & packaged solution development. We leveraged Cisco acquisitions, DevOps
principles, and current market technologies to innovate a scalable, optimized, Cloud packaged solution. This solution replaced
the traditional PDI services with an outcomes based Cloud platform. I led a cross-org team (projected to deliver $2b+ in FY15)
of the Cisco Managed Solutions (CMS) and Cloud & IT Transformation (CITT) teams. CMS is responsible for Cisco's Cloud
Managed Services and Cloud & IT Transformation is responsibility for Cisco's ITSM, Unified Infrastructure, Automation,
Cloud Consumption, ITSM/DevOps, Application Platform, Analytics & Software Orchestration.
Operations Enablement/DevOps Leader, January 2012 – August 2014
I built the Cisco Global DC/Cloud Services for Operations Enablement & DevOps team. My responsibilities were to develop
the Global Sales GTM, Sales Leadership messaging, Solutions Portfolio & Solutions delivery. This "first of its kind" Cisco team
enabled customers to completely transform their IT Operations. The portfolio & team of SMEs accelerated & maximized
Operational efficiencies that quickly realized substantial OpEx & CapEx reductions for our customers.

supported annual revenue of $150M for Cisco Service Providers and their customers. Responsible for global service provider
accounts PMO focused on public and private cloud architecture, orchestration and SP engagements such as compute, network,
storage, security, and private/public cloud.
• Led the delivery of the first Cisco Public Cloud with Cisco Intelligent Automation.
• Led the delivery of the first collaborative Vblock™ between Cisco and VCE which resulted in $100M of product sales.

Built core advanced services team of 10 data center Engagement Managers focused on delivering global, service provider,

training program in a 6-week timeframe across four continents.
