1.) Grace is highly self-aware, especially for someone of her experience level. She "gets it" - she innately picks up on nuances. She
can assess a situation/interaction and quickly determine a productive role to play. 2.) Grace is very proactive and was never afraid to
ask to be part of projects. She's very driven and looked for learning opportunities - she always jumped in when she saw one.3.)
Critical and conceptual thinker - When Grace understood the objectives, she delivered against those vs. just following directions.
As Grace learns more, she will develop more confidence and be able to speak with a stronger voice. In her next internships and jobs,
she should look for opportunities that allow room for her to assert herself to further develop this. Grace also worked on a couple
projects that required strong attention to numbers and their analysis. While she still has the opprotunity, she should consider taking a
statistics or quantitative methods course to get more experience in this area. The more experience she can get through courses or
internships at this stage of her career/education, the better she will be in any marketing/branding position.

All of the interns from CIEE have been exceptional.
I would give Grace a grade of 98. She was fantastic to have in the office helping with/managing some of our marketing/social media
projects for this semester.
Honestly, I have a hard time thinking of ways she could improve as an intern. She got along with everyone in the office, was
responsible (always letting me know if there was a conflict on a given day and personally providing an alternate day/time for that week),
reliable and finished every project she committed to. She was also proactive in asking for new projects and, even sought the
opportunity to join our inaugral brand workshop. Very few interns would have the confidence to do that. She wasn't intimidated and she
contributed to the group discussions. Again, this is pretty rare for an intern and she was the only one from this semester who requested
to be involved (in a group of 3 interns who were all interested in marketing careers).
