• Handling all classes of claims and serving customers in accordance with the highest standards by
Compliance of SAMA Guidelines.

policies in Saudi Arabia.
• Managing disputes amicably by equally protecting the financial interests of the company and the
expectations of the insured.
• Denying of Claims where applicable in accordance with policy terms and conditions in order to
achieve Profitability.
• Regular discussions with Underwriting Department in regard to prudent underwriting of various
policies to mitigate the loss ratio.
• Advising the clients about loss mitigation methods and to monitor the progression of claims.
• Periodically reviewing all outstanding claims, corresponding with the clients. Preparing various
statistical claims reports, regularly updating the large loss claims and corresponding with the co-insurers
& re-insurers.
• Making enquiries about our potential rights of recovery immediately upon receipt of claim notification in
order to proceed with our recovery rights with the third parties.
• Liaising with loss adjusters to ensure that the assessments of claims are strictly in accordance
with the scope, terms, conditions and exclusions of the policies.
