The smart marketplace provides several services for members including delivery at their doorstep (DAD), services at their doorstep (SAD) like plumbers and electricians, knowing about nearby retailers and vendors, viewing order statuses and histories, rating and reviewing vendors, and receiving timely reminders about orders. It has apps for members, vendors, bloggers, committees, and administrators, and uses technologies like Angular, Node.js, React, AWS, MongoDB, and social networks. The project schedule shows identifying needs in the first week, designing in weeks 2-5, developing in weeks 5-12, testing and launch in weeks 12-16, and following up in weeks 16-20.

3. Delivery At Doorstep (DAD)
Delivery at Doorstep is the bringing of items to
the Society member’s home rather than the
member taking or collecting them from the store.
Service At Doorstep (SAD)
Our aim is to provide service directly using our app
and our tied agency or non-tied agency. Service
includes plumber, electrician, etc.

4. Know Your Market
Society members can get details of nearby retail
stores, vegetable vendors, multiplex, opticians,
beauty parlours, hotels, etc.
View Order Status of DAD
Society members can live track order or view the
order history. One can place or cancel the orders
also check where the order has reached.

5. Vendor Rating and Review
Members can rate vendors based on their
service and also can write a review, which will
help to improve the quality of service of
vendors.
Timely Reminders
Notifications will be sent to all vendors at a
fixed time intervals i.e after 10 minutes, 30
minutes, 1 hour, etc, if order is not confirmed
by any vendor.
