▫ Speak to them first.
▫ Try to assess what is it that they want.
▫ Is their interest true or fake?
▫ Do your homework, and research.
▫ BE PATIENT, it is better to wait for the
right partner than to go with the first that
says “yes” to you.

Journey for your tech
• If you are creating a new model, then try to see if it could work without
heavy tech (you’ll implement it later)
• However, if it is the tech itself that gives you the advantage over others, try
to “zip” those advantages into something manageable.

Is it the model or the road?
• Even YouTube stopped working
once, don’t try to fix everything.
• But have control over the main
struggles your customer will go
through.

Don’t go for perfect, go for great
• You don’t want to end up building a magnificent plane, and then not having
the ability to fly it.
• Don’t allocate all of your resources to tech. A plane is capable of flying
because of both its tech, its crew (in sky and in land), the customers
boarding it, the fuel in it, and many other factors.
• If you believe developing tech will save you, think twice.

• Managing and analyzing data in huge quantities.
• How to define “huge”?
• Correctly analyzing, and interpreting the data is WAY more important than
how big are your datasets.
