• Review and interpret service orders and all central office drawings including schematics,
wiring diagrams and equipment drawings and follow standard practices in the
performance of job duties.
• Install, perform routine maintenance, analyze defects, test, adjust, repair, and disconnect
service orders on wire and fiber distribution frames. Maintain complex equipment such as
switching systems, SONET optical equipment, network elements, digital multiplexing
equipment, and dense wave division multiplexing equipment.
