project managers to close out projects and hand over to
construction for building and modification performance.
 Specifically working in the AT&T TURF PROJECT, I was
responsible for reviewing cell tower leases and
accompanying AT&T-specific paperwork for accuracy before
submitting to AT&T for approval. Also communicated with
landlords and tower owners during the lease negotiation and
permitting phase of projects.
 I was a paramount real estate coordinator in the on the
TURF project and was responsible for training of all new site
acquisition hires in the AT&T site acquisition lease
submission process. Worked with training managers to
develop the training materials/video for the Rocky Mountain
site acquisition team for the AT&T TURF project.
 Responsible for applying for building and zoning permits and
ensure permits were obtained well before their intended
milestones. Also worked alongside project managers to close
out projects and hand over to construction for new builds and
modifications. While working in this group, the TURF site
acquisition department saw a 72% in efficiency and
productivity increase on-time project close outs.
