• Recruited new event coordinators, sport officials and staff by tabling at league night events, hosting happy hour events

• Operated as the chair for Resident Assistant Recruitment for two years and actively recruited 161 Resident Assistants
yearly in order to staff the residence halls each year; held five information sessions each year about the position including
benefits of becoming a student leader, the application and interview process and opportunities that come from the role.
• Attended a professional staff recruiting conference in Philadelphia, PA to interview 45-50 candidates over the course of
three days, resulting in campus interviews for top candidates.
• Managed a collective educational programming budget of $5,000-$20,000 for 400-800 upperclassmen residents.
• Worked with The University of Texas Athletics department to provide residence hall tours and information for active high
school and transfer recruits in football, basketball, rowing, swimming, diving and track and field.
• Served on departmental committees including Resident Assistant Training, Professional Staff Selection, Student Staff
Selection and Staff Development and Training.
• Developed a weeklong training program for 161 undergraduate resident assistants including campus resources, crisis
management, and programming skills; developed original training sessions via SharePoint for student and professional
