I am a very professional, qualified Engineer and owner of Companies and supply chains.

Present: Company: Sukari Sugar, Homa Bay County, Kenya Feb 2015-Present
Position: General Manager, Consultant
Putting systems in place to restructure the sugar refinery,
Procure equipment, vehicles, spares, tyres, batteries.
Stock reconciliation and systems put into place.
Staff: Staff allocation and employment of management team and
putting management systems in place for them to work with.
I am in charge of refurbishment of factory, workshops and
stores.
I have a total of 120 staff under my supervison, including
workshop, boilermakers, electricians etc.
Worked on SAP system
Agencies: Secured Agencies for batteries, tyres and filters for Sukari
Industries. I deal directly with the local farmers in negotiations
with land prep, issuing of permits and advising them on their
crops. We are currently milling 2000 tonnes per day.

Past: Company: Windmill Fertilizer February 1983 – July 1984
Position: Maintenance Fitter and Turner
Duties: I was running the machine shop, overseeing staff and doing all
the repairs in the factory from hoists to overhead cranes,
vibrating screens, hydraulics, gearboxes.
Company: National Breweries July 1984-July 1985
Position: Technician and Manufacturer in Technical machine Shop.
Duties: Involved in the manufacturing of technical precision parts and
in running the 3 production lines for the plant. Importation was
near impossible, so self production was vital.
Company: Schweppes {Central Africa} Ltd August 1985-August 1986
Position: Workshop Manager
Duties: Running of the entire plant including the tool room, procuring
spares and control thereof. I headed the installation of 3
bottling lines. I was in charge of workshop and bottling lines
for soft drinks as well as squashes.
Staff: Management of staff including a qualified boiler maker and 2
assistants, Electrician with 2 assistants, 6 plant fitters, 1
machinist. I was also assisting with transport division including
maintenance of vehicles and delivery schedules.
Company: Sygnet Manufacturing September 1986- October 1987
Position: Technical Sales Representative / Assistant Manager
Duties: Assistant to the General Manager taking over his duties when
he was away. Manufacturers and Importers in the field of
mining and agriculture, manufacture of seals, valves, tubes,
gaskets, wheels and anything involved in the industry,
including castors and rubber moulding.
