1. Lovein the letter to the
Romans
Love does no harm to a neighbor;
therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. – Rom.
13:10

2. God’s Sacrificial Love
• Paul begins by condemning Jews and
Gentiles of sin. (1-3:21)
oBut then explains that we are justified by our
faith not by the works of the old Law. (4)
Abraham and David are chief examples of
justification by faith.

3. Our Trusting Love for God
• God has a great promise of redeeming us from our
mortal bodies. Now, the Holy Spirit makes
intercession for us.

6. Our Sacrificial Love
• Romans 14:14-15
oWalk in love by sacrificing your liberties to support
the brotherhood if needed
oDo not destroy the one whom Christ died for.

your God is He who fights for you, as He promised
you. Therefore take careful heed to yourselves, that
