ABOUT ME
In 2020 I had the opportunity to “get out” form technical department and embrace a new project, starting my job
as Commercial Operation Specialist in Petrolvalves. After years in tech dept this role give to me the opportunity
to meet by-person the Customer and to enlarge my view of the entire workflow from the request for the product,
up to the shipment of the same. This role seemed to me the natural prosecution of my working path in order to
grow up in my comprehension of manufacturing industry.
I adapt to different situations, roles and places; although I can work independently in an efficient way, I do my
best inside a team. Last experiences were with colleagues and clients speaking foreign languages: English was
the common tongue. During years I developed analysis and problem solving capabilities.
I prefer roles that can give me new motivations every day, autonomy, and, consequently, responsibilities.
Working skills
Control Valves, Ball Valves, Power, Oil & Gas, Thermodynamics, FEM and CFD analyzes, project
engineering, teaching experience, aerodynamics, fluid dynamics, aerospace.
Language skills
Italian: mother tongue. English: writing, reading and speaking good (Internet Based TOEFL Test).
Computing skills
FEM Analyzes : MSC Nastran, FEMAP
CFD Analyzes: Fluent V12, OpenFOAM 1
CAD 3D and 2D: PTC Creo Parametric, AutoCAD
Geometries e meshing: SpaceClaim, Ansys meshing
Calculus: Matlab, Scilab, C++ , Excel

PERSONAL INTERESTS
I worked in multi-cultural contexts, and I promote off-work activities in order to make my working team more cohesive
(i.e. dinners, kart race, trip): I think that a positive ambience is the best way to achieve the best performances.
I am keen on technology, cinema, I am interested in new and old technologies, focusing on industrial and transportation
design: I often visit technical museum (cars, airplanes, bikes) and archaeological industrial buildings.
I can define myself as a "petrolhead": I am the proud owner of a rare Coupé FIAT, a 20years old Italian sport car, that
I used during international meetings and track days. My daily driver is a supersport motorcycle Suzuki GSX-R 600.
During my free time I practice trekking on Alps; last years I have practiced rowing on Lake Maggiore: I was a member
of the Italian Rowing Federation, and I participated to some regattas with my team in coxed quadruple category.
