"Gagan has done a very good job in Release Deployments & taking up of the sanity test process setup on
UAT/PRD. He has time & again provided positive feedbacks to Development teams so that release
process is smoothened. He is keen while taking handover & later transitioning it to MSP team members.
He has always been instrumental in CRM team when it comes to release process, discovering
workarounds, identifying hidden issues & working towards resolving them. Alongwith mentoring the team
he has also immensely contributed towards EPNY and DIS-ALFRESCO apps in all aspects which have
definitely driven a Positive change & Delivery Excellence especially when working with multiple teams."
