"She joined the team as a fresher and completed application and Tool specific training quite fast. When
one of the senior most resource resigned, she took KT along with her day to day activities. Once the KT
completed she become SPOC for a complex application and managed to deliver pending items within
timelines. She is very hard working and got skills to overcome any challenges thrown to her. In no time
she started interacting with the client and handled calls alone. She managed to come up with solutions
whenever a new requirement is presented to her. She also trained a fresher and made sure the trainee is
productive right after training."
