people in a friendly way especially in business

Social Skill : Facilitating Interaction and communication with
others. Social rules and relations are created ,Communicated and
changed in verbal & non verbal. Process of learning such skill is called
Socialization
Soft Skill : Sociological term related to a person “EQ”. Cluster of
Personality traits,Socail graces,Communication,language,personal
habits, friendliness and optimize that characterize relationships with
other people.

10. Why Skill India :
India is One of the youngest nations in the world.
Over 62 Percent of its population is aged between 15 and 59
years . Over 54 Percent of the Country’s total Population is
below 25 years.

14. Drawbacks:
Short term skill courses ,Resulting in low Placements.
Do not have a holistic(Full) approach to vocational education and
skill development course.
Percentage of Partners increased, who had not achieved training
targets.
Partners also called not achieve the placement target for the
trained
Only 8.5% of trained Person were able to get implement.
15. Conclusion:
Skill India is ambitious Program of government of India.
At Present India faces a serve shortage of trained workers.
Only 2.3% of India’s work force has formal skill training
compared to 68% in the UK , 75% in Germany,52% in USA,80% in
Japan and 96% in South Korea.
There is an Urgent need to import skills in more efficient
way. Hence skill India needs concerted attention to achieve desired
Goals.
