Editor's Notes
Hier niet te diep ingaan op informatieverstrekking: komt verder
Main goal of the game is to inform parents and children about the surgery
Before…all children received some kind of information but not always coherent. With this game: sufficient info
Farmacological side effects of Midazolam: low dosis paradoxical effect; amnesia; increase of ED; …
Randomization by means of boxes: intervention group iPad in box; control group coloring book in box
Randomization by a clinical scientist of the anesthesia department
Postanaesthetic excitement usually pschomotor agitation
