4. Product Audience
- People who use their phones for everyday use, mainly for the younger
generation; for example, the age range of 16 - 38 is people that want the
most out of their phone, and for it to have a range of features suited to
modern day life.
- Social groups C2-A
- Psychographics - succeeders & aspirers
- Maslow - Self-actualization
5. Advert Style
- The style of the advert begins with a dramatic action sequence. It is a fast
paced chase scene, with dramatic reactions from the characters on screen.
- Later on in the advert there is a contrasting switch to humour, which creates
shock and hilarity in the audience.
6. How it appeals to Target Audience?
- The advert appeals to target audience by showing different features and
uses of the phone. The target audience want to see a range of features that
showcases the phone.
- The advert does this by utilising the directions feature included in the phone,
as well as other features of the phone.
7. How does it compare to other adverts?
- Some of the adverts our group looked at the use of sex, fear, and shock
tactics in order to sell their product.
- Our advert uses a sense of realism by demonstrating that you can be
chased, sometimes for something valuable that you have.
- For persuasive techniques, our advert would use humour and repeated
shots of the phone.
8. Advertising guidelines that we need to consider
- May need to consider Misleading advertising
- Could give off a false message to viewers
- Avoided by implementing a message at the end or
beginning saying otherwise
