Description of the Project:
Location Boulogne Billancourt – Suburd of Paris – France
Structures Tunnel refurbishment (safety exits, ventilations, fire protections,…), the Ambroise Paré Tunnels &
Saint-Cloud, along the main highway of a Parisian suburb. It is a public project relating to new
safety regulations for tunnels. Works were carried out night and day without closing roads.

Position and responsibility :
Project Director in charge of :
Managing and developing a good relationship with client representatives.
Coordinating actions with the design manager, to make sure design information are released on time
and with the quality expected for procurement and works on site.
Setting-up a target program.
Preparation & negotiation of contracts, as well as selecting sub-contractors through tender process.
Identifying potential technical / financial risks and establishing preventive measures to ensure project
progress, with a view of meeting completion deadline.
Managing site works in accordance with contract requirements and French regulations regarding HSE.
Management of 10 engineers in project organization.
Generating and monitoring budget objectives for project.
Implementation of company QSE requirements. (Certification ISO 9001 versions 2010, OHSAS 18001:
1999),
Putting in place a snagging process in order to deliver a high quality project to the government.
